CANCELLATION POLICY

PLEASE READ THE POLICIES BELOW: Please make sure you go over all rules, policies, & regulations. 💕 IMPORTANT INFO🚨: • A $10 non-refundable deposit is required to book and hold your appointment. NO DEPOSIT = NO APPOINTMENT. • No extra guests unless they are also receiving a service (a deposit will be required for each service). • I accept cash or Cash App only for all services. • Card information is required to book; however, I do not have access to your card. Your card will only be charged for no-shows or late cancellations. • Full payment is due once service is completed. • I am located near Main Street, Dayton, Ohio. Exact location details will be sent after booking. ** HOME BASED🏡.** CLIENTS🚨: • New Clients: Must contact me before booking. Unapproved appointments may be declined. • Please arrive on time. • A 10-minute grace period is allowed. • Arrivals over 10 minutes late will be charged an additional $10. • Arrivals 15 minutes or more late will result in automatic cancellation + no show fee. • Please wear a mask if you’ve been recently sick. • Respect my time, and I will always respect yours. 💕 AFTER HOUR🚨: • Appointments outside business hours require an additional fee, paid in advance and non-refundable. Availability is limited and must be approved before booking. CANCELLATION🚨: • All appointments canceled will be charged a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service. • Cancellations made with 48+ hours’ notice will be noted and appreciated. • Same-day or short-notice cancellations make it difficult to refill the time slot and will result in the cancellation fee being enforced. • Rescheduling may result in an additional fee, depending on notice given. • Rescheduling must be completed within 48 hours of your original appointment time. • Failure to reschedule within this timeframe will result in a no-show fee and/or a booking ban. • Please contact me directly with any questions regarding rescheduling. • I understand emergencies happen and life can be unpredictable — communication is key, and I’m always willing to work with clients who reach out. 💕 FILL INS🚨: I do not fill over others work — fill-ins must be my work only. • A regular fill-in is 2–3 weeks MAX. • 4-week fills will incur an additional fee. Pricing will vary based on growth and condition of the nails. • 5–6 week fills will be charged as a full set. • If you have lost more than 3 nails, the service will be considered a full set and charged accordingly. • Fill-ins are based on retention and condition, not time alone.
